第5次參加鎮西堡超馬了,這次跑50K,第一次認真跑起來,去程的20K上坡+回程5K上坡,陡坡加上5~6度低溫,跑到很虐心,總爬升約1600公尺,果然是最硬超馬!
去程約3:10,回程約2:50,總時間6:00,自己已經很滿意!
明年計劃再挑戰一次100K超馬,加油!
