比賽前一直顧著左腳踝的不適,沒想到一早起床後,左腳踝不痛,反而換右腳踝痛,果然比賽中破了PB,第一次比賽在6K時就左小腿有抽筋的fu,10K左右再來一次,兩次都停下來拉筋伸展,幸好順利完賽!
(看來這陣子還是慢慢跑繼續打底)
