| 自從2月久美超馬受傷後,就沒跑全馬了。
然後為了給自己生日禮物,就選擇這場賽事復出。這真的有點瘋狂😂
今年因傷還有家裡一堆事,想要好好練也心有餘力,暑假只能跑個體能值,等到賽前一個月(八月)才惡補跑量200K!
今天路線從古坑劍湖跑到華山及嘉義縣梅山鄉,這路線讓我想起以前古坑臻愛馬和梅山馬,事後想想我一定是空ㄟ,找這場復出&開學馬。
今天跑起來,跑感不錯,只是沒練習長距離和山訓,折返後大腿一直有要抽跡象,只好藉由跑走跑走舒緩後大腿緊繃,一步一步穩穩的把里程消化完。不過慶幸沒受傷,且之前的傷好像也慢慢消除!上次超馬50K(奮起湖)7小時32分,然後這成績7小時49分已經很滿意了。
