#泰安原鄉祕境森林馬拉松
一大早搭乘苗栗縣慢跑協會 包車到會場,到跑團休息區等待團長拿物資空檔跑到寄物區探視台中當志工朋友,天色太暗等完賽再回來拍照,又巧遇湖內路跑團-紫耀你 李霽芳 大哥遠從高雄來參加賽事,起跑前又遇到很會跑的老師(果然上凸台了😂),6:00鳴槍起跑,果然不輕鬆前下坡跑的很爽,上坡緩緩跑怕過了半馬會爆掉,結果23K開始又是一段7K的上坡還是爆了抽筋😳從大腿開始範圍擴大到臀部了!想說上坡步兵緩和下坡再吧跑速拉回來,想得太美好,連下坡都跑不動只能🐢回終點,大概3/1當步兵吧!😳😳感謝今天當志工的朋友,辛苦了! 賽後評分: 果然不輕鬆 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 123~150 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 150~169 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 169~174 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 174~185 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 185~190 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為190 點此去設定最大心率 |
