連吃了2天的吃到飽,肚子脹得很難受
本來不太想跑,但是看到一圈的肚子,就出來亂亂跑
連4週馬完,惹來一堆傷勢,而且也覺得體力盡失
前面就慢慢跑,試試看一堆的腳傷的狀況
雖然跑步會感到痛楚,但是還在可以接受範圍
後半開始略微加速,但是跑不到預定的速度
勉強撐完預定的距離,趕回家叫老大起床
