2016第一場半馬
天氣好冷
在跑之前一直猶豫是否該去穿長袖排汗衫,後來還是放棄
因為冷一點比較有跑步的動力
沒想到,冷過頭啦!
腳很痠、很累
還要克服心中的小惡魔呼喚
不過,我還是戰勝自己!
全程除了進水站喝水與吃補給之外
就是最後1.5k舒緩小腿不適而走了一小段路,應該是因為下坡亂衝的因素吧!
能在3小時內完成,真的要偷笑了
下一場應該就是第十馬了
