賽後評分: 可能是對金標賽事有比較高的期望,個人覺得起會場動線在起跑時設計不太好,擠得很辛苦才能走到我的起跑區(C區),而且感覺管制也沒做確實,起跑時我看到不少D區的跑友還在我前面。整場跑得很吃力,前半段太多人,為了要上330的車,回頭看記錄大約是用平場4'46"的配速一直跑到15K左右才上了車,上了車後覺得已經氣力放盡了,之後大概在31K左右就感覺爆掉了,真的很感激有配速員幫忙配速和破風,回程躲在配速員後都還覺得風超大。終於跑進5分速和破330了,要繼續往下一步邁進了。
