一早南天團練就遲到,也剛好遇到國哥全家,及凱特一姐及玉華率領的河濱姐妹團,最後只好一人獨跑下週賽事路線,繞了一圈赤塗路恰巧遇到東瓜哥及秋瑋練跑同路線,聊了一會兒便繼續獨自慢跑排乳酸,原本不想上越野路線的我最後還是上去看看,最後因時間接近團拍時間乾脆直接回南天宮
