體育場改裝舞台中沒辦法跑只好改到三民,最近實在跑太少了計畫今天至少要跑16K以上(後來偷懶16K就停了XD),但又不想跑太累,就設定M配速跑即可,順便模擬一下全馬配速,跑到後來腳有點酸,可能因為剛跑完全馬還沒完全恢復吧,不過大致上還OK~又完成一次訓練哩
