【2023臺北超級馬拉松100公里組】
去年第1次跑臺北超馬(24小時組),也是第1次DNF(未完賽)
去年5月突然右膝疼痛,沒有痛到不能跑步,但也一直好不了;跑量減少很多,就這樣一直擱著...到了11月,決定還是找莊醫師報到,看看到底是什麼狀況,結果是膝蓋積水,做了1個月物理復健,狀況好一些,就在12月報名臺北超馬,看看能否雪恥;因為練習量不夠,就改報名100公里組
這場賽事是今年的國手選拔賽,報名人數比往年多,加上疫情解封,來了不少國外好手;賽前查看授獎名額,總排取5、分組取4,設定可否拚個分組
今年的現場螢幕即時成績可以看到排名,前10k在17-19名,不錯!穩住順順跑,排名也慢慢往前,最高來到總7,後來又退到總8;身體不出狀況的話分組沒什麼問題,腦中浮現出或許有機會拚這輩子第1次的總排
七十幾k,大會成績系統突然出狀況,現場螢幕、手機皆無法查詢成績;以往在此距離通常進入跑跑走走模式,這次雖然速度已降到7、8分速,還是撐住盡量跑起來,再怎麼疲憊也不要留下遺憾
剩下約4k,經過起跑拱門時,突然聽到司儀廣播:「1066連清森剩下6圈」,每經過1次拱門就廣播1次,看起來是總4(最後是司儀口誤,應該是總5);雖然身體、雙腳已到極限,還是撐住跑起來,最後回到終點,生平第1次總排作收。
