初馬還沒跑,
先跑初超馬💗
宇老自主跑過4次,後半段也有1次。
每次其實都跑6個多小時,
所以覺得要跑進6小時不大可能。
真的很很很感謝今天家治哥全程降速帶我跑..
不然我可能很快就想走起來了🙊
50對他真的是小case啊!!
中段天氣已經有超大太陽,
穿跑裙,腳都曬到發燙🤢
想當初,
我是每次團練必問開團人有沒有坡的..
只要有坡我都會猶豫很久很久😢
即使那時候跑量300-400k,我也從不跑坡。
總而言之,練了2個月,
初超馬總8我滿足了😍
回程有看到Eric,下次補拍拍🥳
可惜沒遇到拉拉...
希望她今天順利完成100k 😍
