連續喝了兩天的雞精,好像真的有抗疲勞,也能修復身體的受傷部位,自我猜測,年過40後,可能身體某些元素就是少了點,剛好雞精補足了這部分,今天身體熱開後,跑起來感覺還不錯,再加上天氣涼爽,順跑的感覺真舒服,期待澳洲全馬好手下週回台 ,共跑 台北馬前最後一次 LSD , 加油
