10/22賽前的最後LSD,應該是配速半馬才對,還是不會跑LSD,17K後還是有點進入到呼吸凌亂的心律不整狀態,肝醣好像也耗盡了,但整體有比較進步了,剩不到一星期還得減量和適應新鞋,減脂也減的零零落落,希望能周末半馬能不進入過度換氣且順順穩定破2
