早晨5點30分在阿公店水庫的壩頂準時起跑.先繞水庫一圈後沿著菜寮路一路向上跑去
.雖說是自助馬拉松.但是還是有阿公店長跑協會.高雄都會長跑協會.愛跑部慢跑隊及一些熱心的大哥.大姊私補.讓這場自助馬拉松跑起來不輸給正規的馬拉松賽事!
