| 繞著高屏溪河濱公園及週邊河堤旁道路 跑三圈,一圈約12.5公里再加起跑先在河濱公園內繞5公里,無晶片計時,採人工計時,每圈取手環。
今天只求穩定配跑完,最後一圈酷熱烤宴又來了,配速也慢了,跑完大小腿肌肉好酸!去列印成績單,服務員說第15名,可以領大紅豆獎牌,沒想到都跑了4小時5分了,還有排進領牌名次,跑馬第一次有獎牌可領,有一點開心,今天的一點小收獲😄😄
