新北市曾煥藝 國道馬小破PB
座艙升等的國道馬
去年,話說跑馬阿伯2014.03.16搭乘了國道半程馬2整點配速列車,無奈學藝不精而少坐了一站,最後以2:01'50"完跑。
今年想說……換個全馬來嚐鮮,看看那配速列車是不是一樣平穩舒適,but但是又何奈,我的配速列車呢?應該是主要贊助商換人了吧,今年沒有列車可搭。所以光是自己座艙升等而沒有司機先生駕馭,還是沒路用啦,可惜了!
今天的國道馬是跑馬阿伯的第15場標馬,前面的14場全馬中,配速最快只配到6分半速。而每場賽事約32K後就後繼乏力了,今天想說改變一下策略,試試看……6分速,能跑多久?能跑多遠?其他的就再說了,看事辦事囉。
開跑後,隨著GPS的告示,穩健地守住6分速,慢慢地馳騁於汐五高架的國道上。一路上陸續有人刷卡超車,跑馬阿伯我還是自己慢慢跑,卡好!
不急不徐地到了5 公里處,費時00:30'37",不錯喔,準點達標!
繼續……慢慢跑,快樂就好!看到松山機場了……,緩上坡來囉,努力攻頂中,10公里報時響起00:59'55"(這區間花了00:29'18"),太棒了,符合預期。
過折返點,長緩下坡,順勢而為稍稍加了點速度,此時跑來心曠神怡,不知不覺在01:28'26"就到了15公里(這5K只跑了00:28'31"),呵呵呵……漸入佳境!
Hold住!第一趟去回程就快賺起來了,此時國道上還有小朋友搖下車窗,為我大聲加油!真是銘感五內,看到起跑拱門了,可是這時還回不去……20公里報時01:58'35"(這5K還是有守住6分速,跑了00:30'09"),感覺好棒,給自己拍拍手打打氣。
再過折返點,第2趟的漫漫長路正式引爆,來了來了,感覺……感覺……有點怪怪的唷,是引擎過熱了嗎?感覺有點失速,25公里GPS報時02:32'29",6分速正式失守(這5K已掉至6分半速了,花了阿伯我00:33'54"),是崩解的前兆嗎?
可惡,這上坡怎麼這麼長啊!有點無力了…….走一下先、喘口氣喝口水再跑,阿娘偎!心中的小惡魔、我心中的小惡魔正逐漸吞噬我的戰鬥能量,救人喔!趕緊找個人跟,終於給我耗到了30公里處,計費時03:11'58"(這5K已掉至8分速,跑了00:39'29")整組害了了……
剩下的12公里,只有一個慘字可以形容,跑不久、走不快,就在8、9分速中游移,跑跑走走……走走跑跑……,慢慢龜也就罷了,兩腿還給我「蠢蠢欲抽」!最後終於在欲抽還跑中衝過了終點拱門,以04:56'14"完走座艙升等無路用的國道馬。
