為了Y拖而跑,自從穿Y拖跑馬後,對於長下坡有種恐懼,但經過一月份的山路馬的洗禮,而近期穿回路跑鞋練習,還在適應中,但還是穿Y拖比較自在.
建溢哥忘了帶跑鞋,我將我的鞋子借他穿,這雙才跑69K,他今天就幫我跑了54K,這雙終於破百了.
跑山路就是溫差大,上山包緊緊,下山脫光光,謝謝志凱與建溢背水袋,裡面卻沒放水袋,只是要放脫下的衣物,折返後,我就將外套及頭套脫掉,塞在他們的水袋,讓他們當負重訓練.
