自煮輕鬆跑練習....萬年公園人粉多,“屏東之翼”景觀橋也不少,不小心還可能撞到人,跑了8個循環體力有些不支,熊熊有一人從“屏東之翼”的另一頭衝過來,又從這一頭衝回去,似乎在練習上下坡衝刺!接下來連續來回N個循環不斷電,再下去腿一定很酸,我已經跑12循環,膝蓋滿是檸檬,但他跑得不亦樂乎,不累不累的,仔細一看他好像是屏東馬的總一!?難怪跑起來輕鬆愉快...遇到神人趕快參拜!
