【2020府城超級馬拉松-12小時組】
上次參加超馬、繞圈賽,已經是前年底了(高雄世運繞圈賽)
現在很少報名賽事,今年只參加7月份中興新村路跑(半馬)及11月府城超馬;原本打算繼續報名高雄世運繞圈賽,結果停辦,就改報台南府城(剛好因為疫情而延到11月辦理)
賽前一樣設定高低標,這場野心較大,高標訂很高,低標則是破12小時賽pb(前年世運繞圈24小時賽之前12小時99k)
這場屬於夜間賽事,晚上6點開跑,跨夜至隔日清晨6點;傍晚至會場準備,看到眾多超馬賽場赫赫有名的高手們,也看到很多認識的跑友們,閒聊哈啦一番
比賽開始,依設定速度5:30順順跑,一路刷刷刷,整體感覺不錯,以1:55跑完半馬,看來有機會創佳績
代誌不是憨人想的那麼簡單,30k,膝蓋開始疼痛,雙腳疲憊、痠、跑不起來,右大腿股四頭肌快抽筋,當下很想棄賽(才過2個多小時,後續還有9個多小時,這樣怎麼跑下去?)
速度逐漸下降,高標眼看已無望,下修成低標,撐住1k1k慢慢跑;60k,雙腳已無法應付連續跑步,改成跑走模式
還好前面30k儲存不少老本,最後2小時,估計可順利達成低標,雖然雙腳仍痠痛,但心情輕鬆不少;11小時30分時完成100k(破百k pb),最後距離也破12小時賽pb(大會每圈里程數*完成圈數,最後5分鐘因無法完成1圈,時間就送給大會了)
特別感謝世民及另位大哥整晚沒睡,全程協助補給;只要開口,下1圈時已準備好補給品在賽道旁邊等候,節省不少進站補給時間,真是太感謝了
