今日是全馬普查賽事,來領第60馬獎盃,非常精美的馬,感謝普查單位無私奉獻;今天上午天氣涼爽,前21公里459配速,後面30公里以後變很熱降速,配速變慢了,還要在努力鍛鍊,全程補給不錯,可惜公里數有點少,少300公尺左右,今日再次突破PB,感覺越跑越有自信,順利完成比賽。 賽前宣言: 加油 賽後評分: 完賽
