起跑前幾K非常擁擠,
約2K時看到步伐輕盈的聰哥揚長而去。
延路跟330配速員後離一段距離跑(跟隨有不少人);
約8K時很驚訝看到琨哥從後超越,
原來因故較晚起跑。
快30K時進水站即跟不上配速員。
和去年路線類似,
全程大太陽,還好溫度不算太高。
很高興擔心的抽筋未發生,
