硬硬的山路馬,有很認真的跑,所以沒有吃到很多補給。
前28K速度維持還可以,順順跑,下坡有拉速,均速約513。
進入30K後,腿開始不給力,爆了,上坡就不太敢跑會抽筋36-38K完全用走的順便紓解。
39K後又開始下坡,就不勉強順順跑, 平安回到終點。
