今日3-2-1-2-3跑起來有點累,一些事情耽擱,到操場大夥兒已經在起跑線準備開始,東西丟著就加入戰局,A組這次地一趟跑4公里,蛤?
跑到一半鞋帶掉了,尷尬!只好停下來綁一下,接著就被超車一圈,只好跑完九圈就結束這一回合。休息三分鐘後第二組開始,鄒大哥的腳步聲一直在後方,讓我想稍微放鬆偷懶都不行。
依序完成了後面的課表,腳步有點沈重,感覺主動縮腿做得不夠,肌力也有待加強,以目前的訓練量,該知足了XD
