早上好像有下點小雨,還好出門時就停了,就維持這樣的陰涼天氣吧。算好配速,跑到社子橋頭與旻旻會合剛好6點整,沒有休息直接出發往社子島前進,旻旻的速度還不錯,一路維持6分半~7分左右的配速繞過了社子島的尖端,14K後到百齡橋17K由於走路的時間稍微多,所以均速也比較慢,不過跑動的步速也有到6分半,到18K的雙溪橡膠壩拍完合照分道回家,我大概還有9K要跑所以提速至5分速跑了8公里,最後差幾分鐘就3小時乾脆跑滿吧...居然空腹跑了3小時不會餓,我肚子裡肥油供應的熱量還真多咧。
