| 鎮西堡100K後左脚膝窩疼痛一直沒好,过年期间也沒有在練跑,肌耐力也明顯不足了,但膝窩疼痛是我比较擔心,大湖草莓馬又是上上下下的山路馬,所以起跑前吃了止痛药,起跑後已不痛的狀況下配速,直到30K膝窩疼痛發生了也越来越痛,只好走跑完成後面12公里
