超馬比的不是速度,而是‧‧‧
身為台灣人必做的三件事:登玉山、泳渡日月潭、跑步環島
跑步環島是我開始跑馬以來的夢想,今年終於有機會可以參加,雖然能力不夠,但我還是願意嘗試看看。今天是邵老師舉辦的環台19日賽第一天,從台北萬華到新北金山,共60.5公里。95個人早上6點浩浩蕩蕩從萬華車站出發,大概5公里後隊伍便漸漸的拉開了。
天亮後看到烏雲密布,心理面很是開心,沒有太陽,OH YA!大概33K開始飄細雨,但影響不大。前面40K都順順的跑,狀況還不錯,直到45K身體就開始有狀況,只好跑走前進。到55K以後身體狀況才有改善,但此時雨也越來越大,好在已經快到終點了。
終於跑了60.5K進入終點「沐舍溫泉渡假酒店」,花了7H15M,超出預定時間15分鐘,有點可惜。工作人員還拉線幫我拍照,重要的是旅館內有湯屋可以洗澡泡溫泉,餐廳還有飲料咖啡免費喝,真的優質。邵老師的比賽就是棒,叫我怎麼可能不支持?
