感謝老天爺,持續吹南風,把髒空氣往北吹,高屏地區空氣品質相當好,遠邊的山頭清晰可見,趕緊外出至期待已久的阿公店水庫晨跑。此條路線相當適合假日長距離練跑,環湖一圈將近7K,跑一圈剛好可以回車上補給,有緩坡,可練習爬坡、下坡跑,景色優美,真的很棒。只可惜起床時間偏晚,跑到早上9:17才結束,太陽公公熱情招呼,快無法招架,最後一K拼命跑河堤。
