前半馬都是感覺良好,也刻意壓低速度、但還是不夠!
30k後就亂了套、33k右大腿終於爆發大抽筋⋯⋯痛苦的蹲在路旁,看著跑友一個接一個的輾過去!
接下來就是跑跑~走走~抽抽~停停~吃吃~喝喝!最開心的補給就是豆漿⋯連喝3-4杯、有點不好意思、心裡想著、我還能喝!!!
回到終點前最後一個補給站,鳳梨汁也太好喝了ㄚ⋯⋯續杯3次後才心不甘情不願的離開
重點前不趕時間、在中興新村漂亮的環境下散散步~享受悠閒時光~~
最後的500公尺、看到大砲忍不住跳起來⋯代價也是換來抽抽樂,這位攝影師非常熱情的會跟跑友擊掌打氣,我也笑笑的說:謝謝、小腿又抽筋了、周圍的人也笑著回答說:誰叫你要跳~~~
