本來要跑永安,但早起脛前肌有點痛,且大腿有點拉到,怕拖到大哥速度,臨時改吃甜甜圈,前面慢慢跑,速度上不來,看到放音樂的夫婦,跟上她們的車跑到8k她們收工,我喝個水繼續獨推,感謝黃大哥等我收工以超半馬結束!剛好跑完半馬,老天就下起雨來,真的感覺賺到了!
