今天配速抓的不錯,但有一段感覺左二頭有點緊繃,擔心抽筋不想受傷,就緩換加到4‘25左右,整體感覺還可以再快點,後來看數據也發現還沒跳到170,看來身體呈現的感覺也是對的。
