最近跑步的心律都一直居高不下,胸部也是悶悶的昨天去看醫師,說有點胃食道逆流的情形,就以舒服的速度來跑吧。
今天被嚇到了兩次,一次是跑到北汕尾路時被衝出來的狗給嚇到了,第二次是在台江大道的農耕機專用道,被一輛機車從後面叭一聲嚇了一大跳,他媽的機車有機車道不騎幹嘛騎這裡,至少也慢慢的從我旁邊經過就好,按什麼喇叭啊~幹~
跑回康寧後有一群人準備打球就在跑道丟球熱身,當下火氣真的上來了,大聲的告訴他們這是跑道是跑步的地方,要丟球去操場,結果發現叭我的那個人也是打球的一人,唉~素質怎麼這麼低啊!
