跑進西子灣山洞...GPS應該是走鐘了????
第一次陪小妹LSD練習,,!說起來,她的意志力也挺驚人的....
因為要跟在她旁邊跑,..這次就真的遵循long,slow的準則,,不曉得是步頻放的太慢導致要花更多肌力?還是訓練量仍不足?,,,怎麼這次(這麼慢)還比上一次酸呢??
不過心情是蠻放鬆的...!!...很棒..
