前晚幾乎沒睡,導致心率一開始就偏高。幸好氣溫涼爽,可以讓我撐到30K。不過,接下來不是爆心率,而是爆膝蓋,兩腳髂脛束周圍肌肉一直抽,完全無法跑,小心翼翼的快走緩和再緩跑,一路撐到最後2K,一大堆人加油打氣,逼得你即使快掛掉也得撐到終點。
#一路上和Spiderman一起跑,老外對他真的很熱情,讓我也感受一下氣氛。
