賽後評分: 這次黃金海岸馬拉松的結果還算可以,算是符合賽前字我預設的完賽時間內。
過程中,前半段還可以,可是速度有點配太快了,應該再慢一點才是。而後半段狀況比較多,處在快要抽筋的狀況,但幸好沒有發生。
不過也是第一次跑到吐,嚇到旁邊加油的路人(!)
本以為是吃太多補給包吃到反胃。但後來想想可能是輕微中暑吧,才會突然這樣。幸好影響不大,還可以穩穩的把最後10KM跑完。
整體而言,黃金海岸馬拉松算是很平穩的路線,沒有很多明顯的坡道,要拼成績的跑友確實是可以選擇這裡。
而且這裡還有很棒的海跟沙灘,賽前可以到海邊步道最後調整,不然可以去玩玩水、玩玩沙、曬曬太陽、放鬆心情。然後賽後可以去泡泡海水放鬆。也可以從事很多水上活動、去幾個野生動物園看看考拉無尾熊跟袋鼠,也有很多樂園。是個相當適合全家人同遊的地方!
