天氣太冷,連GPS都在發抖~
太晚起跑,差點被低溫打倒不想跑,因為還沒出門換上薄長袖就很難受。可是答應了自己,這兩週都要跑到百里,一天都不能馬虎。其實已經連兩天低於目標跑量了,今天是實在太忙,手機又沒電了,無法在傍晚跑。以最近忙亂的程度,要兼顧超馬的目標真的很難,該有一些取捨才行。
