離高雄馬只剩最後一次機會練跑,感冒似乎仍未痊癒,喉嚨仍隱隱作痛,16K時有點無力,之後來了一推鐵人練跑精神為之一振,有人陪跑及補給下,順利按照課表輕鬆完成30K 配速練習,感覺大概已恢復7~8成!
