今天的第一趟之後上大號, 還有很久沒有跑佐倉步道,背部肌肉酸痛與第一躺3分之一時,又小腿肌跑到快爆裂感覺, 之後就一路都非常的順了, 看起來還是需要有一點點距離的舒緩跑。
