天氣涼爽,跑起來真舒服,雖然有一點點坡道,步輻縮小,慢慢上,撐一下也還好。最後一站補給小籠包最有感,吃完飢餓感都消失了,飲料除了傳統礦泉水及運動飲料,還有沙士、甘蔗汁、能量果膠、水果有番茄、香蕉、檸檬片,食物有馬卡龍、滷蛋、梅子、餅乾。賽道完全沒有停到紅綠燈,很順利的完賽,吃的也很開心
