第四馬~速度之爭...(XT只有記到41.2KM而已)
不是應該跟合歡山一樣嗎?少了300M的上升~就差那麼多...太可怕了!!這速度實在太累人了...其他強人~實在佩服...分組一的竟然3:06...不是上升1100M嗎?坡度不陡倒是真的,只有最後上升15~20K連續上坡比較累人而已~其餘上坡都滿舒適的。
前半馬約1:50完成,一開始感覺追滿快的,前10K右腳就有點酸酸的,想說...試試看後面爆掉的感覺!!哈哈~果然有體會到...看看35K後的速度,整個就是掉到不行,下坡還被5個人給輾過去...哎呀!!幸好有完成個人目標~不走路。
這種跑速度的實在不太適合我...平常很少在練...後繼非常無力阿!!
