第40馬, 疏於練習, 跑得很累的一馬.....
雖然這不是我跑過最遠的距離, 但感覺是最累的一次, 之前跑6H賽事也沒這麼累, 是老了嗎?? 還是越跑越回去了......
這場心得不多寫了, 只在想一個問題, 自己該怎麼訓練, 還是靠自己感覺, 不要別人說了就照單全收, 盡信書不如無書啊~~~
