謝謝為我加油鼓勵的好朋友們,
這場我跑的不理想,有些小難過,
起跑前開始下雨,雨勢大大的,
逆風襲擊而來,但溫度是稍冷舒適的,
前半程完成時間在進度內,為87分鐘,
後半程,撐住下雨與逆風越來越強勁,
勉強維持五分速,完成時間107分鐘,
肌力不足是關鍵,疲勞感似乎也還沒完全恢復,上週的120公里超級馬拉松。
只能勉強保住3小時15分內。
還要再加強更紮實的訓練,
賽道上讓我難忘的是,近距離目視松山機場客機的起飛與降落,知名的圓山飯店,以及遠處清晰的101大樓。
而中規中距的補給站,梅片好吃到很開心,完賽後的麵包送很大,難得吃到完賽便當好好吃的,真不錯。
這場賽事有四顆星的水準。
