日期: 2013-10-20 06:05 - 地點: 華中橋 - 天氣: 陰 - 卡路里: 2193 Cal - 溫度: 23°C - 濕度: 80% 新北市Gauss 今天天氣其實很適合破 PB,可惜犯了兩個致命的錯誤。一是錯把杯子中的 Beer 當成是蠻牛,結果幾乎滴酒不沾的身體嚴重排斥加心悸,完全不能拉步頻,花了近十公里才把酒精過敏排除。再來一個也是馬場大忌,穿了雙新路跑鞋,沒有堅時赤足跑。原想試試赤足跑法可否駕御輕量跑鞋,可惜能力不夠。
還好跑完後,酒精過敏排除,雙腳無痛無傷。並沒有發現被新鞋傷到的跡象。 賽前宣言: If you want to run, run a mile.
