總算在目標時間4:00內勉強完成第二馬
10幾K的時候被一位大腳ㄚ跑友輾過,趕緊上車,
一路跟到22K時,他老兄拉到510,跟到31K過後我就開始掉速了,只能以614龜回來,體能不好,沒有藉口。
( 事後感想 : 其實我在他開510時就要跳車的,我把原先預計的30k以後要跑的速度先用完了,30以後就一直掉速了,最後6k只能以614龜回來。)
