剛起跑時飄了點雨絲,我以為這是最佳長跑訓練的時機,但好像氣溫也不怎麼低,公園柏油路有股熱氣上昇,跑幾公里臉上已充滿豆大的汗珠,快到桃林步道終點前的木棧道都是積水,難跑鞋也濺濕,半馬後開始苦戰,三十公里已經這麼累人,全馬我可能會跑到變淚人了
