第一次跑30k,雖然老天爺幫忙今天是陰天不會熱,雖然前面故意一直壓低心率與速度,可惜23k後又出現了疲勞與厭跑的現象,心率也往170以上跑,最終快3.5小時完成,我也開始懷疑初馬可以在5小時完成嗎?😭
