11月疑似中招後,長課後段心率升得快同疲,賽前已打算低點心率開始,等後段較多空間上升,希望能3:50優先報名。
起步時心率不錯,一直保持節奏感覺亦相當不錯,直到廿幾公里肚又開始不適就食粒止痾丸(賽前已食止痾丸)但好像沒甚麼效果,斷斷續續的感覺只好不斷收慢再跑收慢再跑,直到落西隧就要行行跑跑,反而上斜還可一口氣上,看看時間知道350無望,出西隧後就上廁所了,完事後路上超塞人,就索性慢跑返終點。
