心得:
天氣冷到不想早起練跑,不過已經跟猴子和阿彬約好說沒下雨就跑,一早起來看到沒下雨還真有點失望,實在是不想跑,不過步跑真的會後悔,因為天氣放晴,溫度又超適合跑步,雖然很擔心右腳傷勢,不太敢催,但由猴子穩穩的配速,還是練完26K的配速跑,下週比賽就聽天由命了~
