今天是傑克百馬,跑得很歡樂,我跑來跑去幫大家拍照,看到很多照片,感覺真是好,在中途其實很怕雅宜放棄或跑不完全馬,幸好大家準時通過終點,手錶去的時候忘記按,中途也按到,回來也忘記按,真的是狀況連連,真的是百馬團才會這樣...最後腳仍然有些狀況,不知道該怎麼辦...先不要跑好了,最近來練肌力及爬樓梯好了...
