今天起跑腳有點酸,應該是上星期的礁溪馬餘毒未清,壽山柴山上上下下很不好跑,總算是撐完了!里程好像有點少,到終點後小補了一些,就當是cool down。2015連四馬訓練完成!接下來的重點:肌耐力,上下坡。
