氣溫低果然跑起來舒服許多,跑前後體重差1.4kg不像前天差2.2kg,不過肌力不足2k就沒力,受傷的部位反應輕微應該快痊癒,明年上半年沒賽事,就先以減重為目標,現在還是比受傷前重9.5kg
